We specialize in the use of SEW servo drives. Our engineers have developed an advanced and powerful set of programs that integrate perfectly with Siemens S7 PLCs.

• Advanced 32-bit high accuracy positioning control. Ten words of data In/Out to access and control speed ramps, speed set points, Position set point, status of all hardwired digital inputs/Outputs on the servo drive, actual current, actual torque, fault status including fault codes for easier troubleshooting,  Control word to start, stop, reference, fault-reset , and more.

• Basic 32-bit high accuracy positioning control. three words of data In/Out to access and control the position set point, start, stop, reference, fault-reset , and more.

 If you want to try our programs, then download the files from here. You will need: Step7, Movitools, a S7-300 or S7-400 PLC with Profibus, and a SEW Movidrive and Servo Motor

 Note: these programs are demo only. You can run the programs for 1hr, and then the programs will stop functioning. Stop and start the PLC to get another hour of demo.
