Our engineers consider the end users and their needs when building your HMI/SCADA solution. For example, Plant Operators, Production Managers, and Maintenance Engineers present different requirement for SCADA systems. 

Operators need screens that are easy to read and control, with pretty pictures and animations. Things such as: on-screen help, and detailed alarm logs become a real asset when faults arise. A well engineered screen can save your business hours of downtime.

Supervisors and Production Managers don’t need pretty pictures. They need other valuable information such as: production figures, down time, material usage, run hours, etc… They need that information to be available to the right people, in the right format and at the right time.

Finally, maintenance Engineers will require a system easy to upgrade, modify monitor, backup, and restore.
